Volunteers
Volunteers are always needed to help at Audubon. All volunteers are required to be fingerprinted in
the office for the safety of the students.
We need help in the following areas:

| End of year pictures |
Send items for parties |
| Bookfair |
Clerical assistant for teacher |
| Outdoor classroom |
Office help |
| PTO events |
Fieldtrips |
| Work with students during the school day |
| Work with students on their homework before or after
school |
Please make plans to participate in the rewarding endeavor as a
volunteer. Please notify your child’s
teacher if you would like more information.
School-Based Decision Making Council (SBDM)
The Council is comprised of the principal, three teacher
representatives, and two parent representatives.

The Council meets at 3:00 pm on the second Monday of each month

Parent/Teacher Organization (PTO)
The PTO meets at 4:30 on Wednesday following the SBDM
meeting of each month (subject to change). Everyone is invited to attend the monthly
meetings. The PTO officers for 2008-2009 are:
