New Visitor Sign-In Policy
Beginning September 6th (2005), all visitors will need to leave their
driver's license with the office staff when signing in. In exchange
for the license, they will receive a Visitor's Tag. When signing out
of the office, their driver's license will be returned.
New Immunization Information
***All 11 year olds must have a TP booster within 2 weeks of his/her
birthday. The new Immunization Certificate must be on file in the
school office or your child will not be able to attend school.

Emergency Information
In case of severe weather or an emergency, please follow these guidelines:

DO NOT call the school. Phone lines
need to remain open for emergency use. |

TV and radio stations will be notified and announcements
will be made as soon as possible. Please listen to the TV and/or radio. |

DO NOT COME TO THE SCHOOL TO PICK UP YOUR CHILD.
Any emergency involving the school may mean emergency personnel and vehicles must be able
to get to the building. |

Early dismissal due to weather: Please decide what procedure
your child will follow if school is dismissed early due to inclement weather. If you
want your child to stay in the After School Program, please be sure you have registered
your child in that program.
